  I loved the situation of the resort, beside a reserve, close to beach and passage, short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. The resort itself was luxury, comfortable and staff so helpful. - Manager was very accommodating to our family needs. The room set ups suited us very well.   We loved the location right on the beach and we never touched our car for 3 days. It's a short walk to everything, shops, restaurants, cafes, medical, beach, icecreams, bbq's, and downstairs is the best cafe/restaurant right on the water.   The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside.   The location is amazing with uninterrupted views over Pumicestone Passage. Great walking tracks along the beach right at your doorstep. Flagged beach just a short stroll from the hotel. I couldnt pick one thing wrong with the hotel or staff. Very well done! :) - Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time

  We loved the restaurant that was joined to the resort Dominicos! The resort is very close to the city centre and just across from the beach is the best aspect about it.
