  Monaco is at most 2 years old - our one bedroom apartment (7th floor) was large, comfortable, well equipped and had a large balcony with (close) ocean view, doors to balcony off both sitting area and bedroom. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent.   My booking had not been received, or had gone astray. We were fortunate that there was a vacancy and that it was at a quiet time. - The space in the unit was wonderful - plenty of room. The view spectacular.
