Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation.
I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort.

We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools
from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but
they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to
guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and
a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff
constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and
we would stay again.

我们母女去凯恩斯休闲游，希望住家庭式的旅店，在网上先预订了2晚住宿，如果不好就打算另换一家。到达凯恩斯住进这家店后，发现该店非常不错，於是我们又续订了5个晚上，一周住下来，对该店各方面很满意，具体是：
1、位置极佳。该店在几童乐园对面，海滨大道旁，便于欣赏海景。同时到市中心、海滨浴场lagoon、游轮码头、大型超市、夜市、教堂等处，步行最多只十几分钟路程，但又闹中求静，便于晚上休息。
2、清洁卫生好。住房、公共区，游泳池、洗衣房及厨房等很干净清爽，尤其是两间宽大明亮的厨房，始终保持整洁，特别令人满意。
3、服务热情周到，耐心细致。我们是第一次到凯恩斯旅游，情况不熟，该店柜台所有当班职员均对我们的咨询详细解答，并主动提出很好的建议意见，使我们的旅游顺利而完美。老板还亲自征求客人意见。

有免费接机服务，提供仅需另外买饮料的免费晚餐，有公共厨房，性价比高，尤其适合学生，店员热情友好，离市区和码头近，步行非常方便，总体来说非常不错，再去会继续选择此处
