  We really enjoyed our long weekend staying at this bed and breakfast.The room was very comfortable and the breakfast area outside on the decking under the trees was very relaxing. It also is very well priced and only a few minutes from the beach and jetty. My husband and I were on a business trip to the South West of Western Australia and we found the Busselton Guest House was able to provide comfort, high quality bed/Sheridan bed linen, generous choice of cooked breakfast, free access to Internet, peace/quiet and coiuntry friendly service. Barbara & Roger Western Australia - the facilities were excellent & the host, Mike, was very nice & friendly. The guest facilities with a pool table, dart board, library,games etc has everything you could want. A loveley outdoor spa & bbq area & well kept gardens. The breakfast is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & have already booked our next stay.
