Very comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Coorparoo, one of Brisbane's suburbs. The bed was great, makes such a difference to your trip if you've slept well. And we thought breakfast here was a great set-up - you have it in your own room. Cereal, bread, yoghurt, fruit, juice, tea and coffee is freshly left for you each day, with the table in your room already set. All you need to do is get up at your own leisure. There's no cooked breakfast on offer, but that didn't bother us at all. Stu t.
所有评语 » It is very clean house and a old-fashioned style room. We stay one night there. A lot of foods in refrigerator even you hungry in midnight.The breakfast was outstanding. There are not too many places where you can have breakfast on your own veranda Its is very close nearby Brisbane city. And you can parking in back ground. By the way. Stu is a very nice person and friendly. We will visit him next time without hesitation. Really loved the location. Our friends live in Coopooroo so Kirkland House was just down the road from them plus it was easy access to the city. Stu was really helpful & friendly. It was very comfortable & on a quiet street. However, there is a small school directly opposite the house but it was school holidays so I'm not sure if that made a difference. I am a young traveler and Kirkland was my first upgrade from hostels. The experience was for me night and day, and I have nothing but good things to say. Suffice to say that B&B's are in my future travel plans, and I can only hope that the future holds to the promise and standards set by The Kirkland House. Well done all. The Manager was friendly helpful and caring as I was having surgery at near by hospital. The room was clean cool (summer)breakfast continental great ,plenty of choice. Very clean. Relaxing .very convent to shops and hospitals. Just great all round.Will return. Very. Friendly Great location close to all amenities, shops, restraunts, walking tracks, laundromats, city, public transport, free parking. Accommodation was clean, comforting, stylish. I would highly recommend :). Our stay at Kirkland House was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was more then adequate and the proximity to the local shops and city bus route was brilliant. Absolutely everything, it was stunning, very tranquil, staff lovely, very accomadating and helpful I highly recommend Kirkland B&B to anyone, without hesitation. :). It felt like a home away from home. I have no negative comments about this place, it was really lovely. Ultra comfy beds and immaculate. Will come back. Everything was excellent right down to our host!!! The sheets on the beds are amazing! Wish we could have spent much longer there!. Friendly staff. Breakfast supplies very generous. Use of quality products. Close to shops, restaurants. Easy to find. All the other guests were fun. Location was perfect for our visit. Extremly friendy, efficient, and helpful staff. Nice to stay in a queenslander style home. Plentiful breakfast and comfortable private room, with veranda. Also off street parking. Rooms were very clean and the decor was excellent. Breakfast pack was substantial. What more can I say - everything was excellent and Stu very obliging. Staff very friendly & helpful. comfortable, felt at home. Not much to complain about, but as it is a older house with beautiful polished timber floors it can be a little loud-you are able to hear the other guests coming & going however most are very courteous :). No complaints. Nothing. There was nothing I didn't like. We loved it!. Having to leave !. Nothing!. The breakfast was only okay. Shower a bit of work to get best pressure (we were warned). Although wooden floors look great they can be noisy. No bad points. hot water a bit erratic. The cost for a single person was exorbitant.The breakfast provided included in the price was poor value for money,it was kept in the fridge in the room.Hoteliers should check out what happens in the USA and Germany,as far as price and breakfasts are concerned.
