We have stayed in these apartments before but this time it was in a studio which is as small as a motel room so it is quite pricy for a studio. Our last visit was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was an upgrade for the same price and really very nice. Our studio had no view at all but for us it was just a stopover before an early flight out and it didn't t matter. Still like the position and newness of these apartments with secure free parking.
所有评语 » The beds were comfortable, the balcony had a great view of the Storey bridge in the distance and the cosmopolitan energy of racecourse road below which was silenced by the double glazed glass concertina doors of the balcony at will. We loved our short yet memorable stay. Our group enjoyed our trip to Brisbane for our friends wedding, the domain apartment was the perfect location close to cafés and restaurants, the rooms are great, clean, spacious and modern. Will diffinately recommend it. As one of our guests was disabled the Apartment was perfect for our needs, well appointed with great quality appliances and facilities, everything you could possibly require to be comfortable was provided. They were quick to advise me of my check in details and the room exceeded our expectations. The facilities in the room were very modern and the overall experience was a very good one. Very clean and well presented and staff were excellent. I left my phone behind and Fransisco managed to track me down so he could return the phone- much appreciated!. Clean, modern, had everything you would require in the apartments, central to restaurants - just a lovely place to stay - wish we had longer!. Easy access information texted to me prior to arrival, near to supermarket, close to airport, comfortable lounges & beds. Location is great. Have stayed twice now and rooms are well kept and beds comfortable. Very clean, spacious apartments. Secure parking. Walking distance to the races. Was very handy to restaurants and public transport. Location. Location. No outlook from the room could be an issue if stopping longer than a night. Felt like a motel room without onsite staff. Not sure what happens if the codes don't work to get into the room. Could not get any response from reception/mobile phone number when trying to contact - in regards to one bed room not being services prior to our stay - simply forgotten by cleaner as room out of the way - but we got no reply...child had to sleep on blankets - did not want to sleep on sheets that were used. But other than that fantastic accomm!. Light in kitchen not working, letsbookhotel.com did not pass on my request for a Porta cot, however I arrived in the evening & contacted the manager who delivered a cot within 10mins, he told me letsbookhotel.com regularly did not pass on that information. No washer/dryer in the studio rooms. We found a nut under the TV stand, and my daughter is allergic to nuts. TV in main lounge dinning area did not work. Road noise levels and the glaringly bright sign from the Coles centre across the road. It was too bright at night and li up the apartment unnecessesarily. this time I stayed in A apartment with 2 bedrooms which was much more open and comfortable. the last time I stayed in A studio which was extremely small. Getting charge extra for using Amex card. No lighting near bathroom mirror. The code number provided on the email didnt work and no room number provided; after ringing them they provided a room number but the bed had been slept in and still unmade so I had to ring a 2nd time. Staff rated as fair due to no interaction with them . The system give you access via pin codes and sms msg. System worked fine, however if it did fail there is no one to ask on the weekend. This comment is not to be taken as a didnt like but hade to be put in one of the boxs. We had a family group of 5 and the lounge seating was only enough for 3 at a squeeze. Havin to walk so far for a cigarette haha. The pillows were too hard. There were no cereal bowls. No hand towels or hair towels. Would have liked more washing up liquid. Grubby Carpets. Method of initial access - highly frustrating with no office to contact and wasting a lot of time. staff attitude when trying to help a guest back into the apartment after he locked himself out .the after hours phone was not connected/answered for a considerable time then the staff member was anything but helpful when he arrived for the day.His attitude was anything but considerate. the guest was in his underwear and desperate to get some help. Foxtel did not work.
