A great place to stay, fantastic views of the city and river. Very clean and comfy and had extras you often don't get, such as iron, toaster and crockery, hair dryer. The location was ideal for shopping at Southbank market and nearby is the ferry that takes you to the city for free! Was fairly quiet, despite being on a main road (just a constant drone with traffic noise). Added bonus of pool, spa and sauna. Helpful staff.
所有评语 » We stayed in a Delux Hotel Room and was quite surprised at the amount of room especially as there was 3 adults sharing the room. We have stayed several times before but only in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Service was excellent as usual. One of our favourite places to stay. Spacious and kitchen well equipped. great city views and on one side good views of the river. Quiet and spacious lounge area i 1 bedroom apartment. The Staff were very helpful, Food in Bistro was good - I was in town for the cricket and it was within walking distance for me. very enjoyable. Modern facility with friendly staff and Free Parking within walking distance to Southbank. Will be back again for a longer stay. Very well located to the Gabba and Mater Hospitals. Good, well priced breakfast and very comfortable apartments. Reception manager obliging and helpful. Room renovated and well presented.car parking facilities provided. The Staff very pleasant & helpful. Nice sized rooms - spacious. Parking availability & easy. Right next door to Mater Hospital where I had an appt. Very helpful restaurant staff. Proximity to the centre. That they changed my room after insisting that I had been duped on the "river views" which I'd been promised. Close to the ferri's & south bank pools. Rooms were fairly comfortable. Free parking. Room size nice, close to where we wanted to be. Size of the room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. central location. the location was ideal for our trip. Hard pillows, lol. A few little things that would need maintenance person to fix, but cleaning staff may not notice, such as the vents on air con had been broken, so didn't open or move. Told staff when we left and they said it would be attended to. No major complaints!. More information about meals available including pricing would be appreciated. Wider variety of dishes in Restaurant. Construction / maintenance noise on next property. Bathroom was a let down due to broken tiles / fixtures. Staff very thorough in cleaning but looks sad when things are chipped and cracked. Air conditioning was virtually non existent, had to leave curtains open to use and had bright lights shining in from the building next door. Although there were signs not to have windows or doors open we had no option because the a/c was extremely noisy and rattled and didn't cool anyway. Breakfasts a bit basic - little variety. the buffet breakfast was a bit of a let down. Dated - especially bathroom. Pool difficult to get in and out of. Limited free internet should be unlimited. Restaurant was not up to standard-Breakfast was average and restaurant is dated. Fooo from the bistro was very average. Didnt like the artwork in the room 806 - the bush iceman????. Bed too close to side tables, both the king and single. Hit elbows throughout night. limite for wifi.. Only can be used for one device . Room service breakfast was cold Bistro breakfast an coffee machine was cold No shower gel or shampoo in rooms No biscuits or mini bar I thought the $4 room charge was a little expensive And it's advertised free wi-fi in hotel what it doesn't state is you have to visit reception every day for password which I found really annoying Tv had poor channels think should have at least an austar movie channel. That the next door neighbour on our first night in apt 108 who appeared to be a permanent resident was screaming non stop at his poor son,and we could hear everything through the walls. That the girl on the desk shrugged us off when I said that I had specifically requested a room with a river view. That there were beer cans in the pool when I went to go for a swim.That the spa looked like it had scum around the edges. Restraunt is average. Bit expensive for what you get but overall not a bad place. Our room had very limited views of the river (which was our main reason for staying and stated clearly in our booking). I had trouble with the carpark opening. The operation of the keypad and its position could have been better explained. I also could not find the coffee and had to call reception. The jug and fridge were in the wardrobe. room was tiny. room was pretty small for the price. foyer was often really cold. Very poor housekeeping, room not serviced properly, bathroom never cleaned, had to ask for room to be serviced but still didnt clean bathroom, vacuum or make beds. Did not supply clean crockery and cutlery. Bathroom very dated needs face lift. Very small balconies, not enough room to sit on and enjoy the view of the city. Pool always full of leaves. Had to ask for fresh towels.
