  There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Pengiun's were so cute. - Good facilities/environment; resort room is nice, spacious... 别人怎么说 » & comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  I cant say anything negative! Kyle and Tony are the perfect hosts, with a broad knowledge of the East Coast. Their cottages are perfect and very secluded. Cant really get any closer to the beach! A perfect spot for a visit to the East Coast especially Coles Bay etc. Great work Kyle and Tony!! I will be back - everyday there was new fire wood etc f... 别人怎么说 » or the fire - thankyou - - Loved the location by the beach and the beautiful gardens. Really comfortable - lots of little extras that you don't normally get. Kyle and Tony had thought of everything. Oh yes, and dog friendly!
