  My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on..   Very neat and tidy, nice area to sit and have a few drinks outside by the pool. While staying at the Best Western Crystal Inn, I lost one of my precious rings,(not worth a lot of money but precious to me), I mentioned this to the owners prior to going out for the day. The room was great for myself and my teenage daughter. We were happy with the free Wifi. This helped tremendously as we had to spend a fair bit of time in our room due to health issues on my part. We had to order evening meals in for the same reason and they were great. I was able to get undercover parking close to the lift which was handy. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again on a return trip to Bendigo.
