We, a married couple both about 65 and our 12 year old granddaughter, stayed in a room in this motel for one night in early June 2013. The room was well-appointed and very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The staff were always helpful even when I had neglected to make arrangements for a late check in. Everything. Out of the 10 or so properties we stayed at this month, this motel stood out in every way. The attention to detail is outstanding and is to be commended. Thought has been put to the comfort of the user a factor sadly lacking in many other motels.
所有评语 » Jodi was a delight to deal with and very helpful in every aspect of our stay, I have no hesitations in recommending the Alluna Motel to friends and again staying there in the future. very friendly and helpful owners, great shower with plenty of hot water, comfortable bed with little noise from surrounds. will stay again when passing through New England. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was on time and tasty. The manager was more than helpful and was friendly to our 3 grandsons who were travelling with us. Alluna Motel is everything a traveller needs...friendly.. ..well priced...clean...comfortable. We would definiately stay there again. Chris and Ian Hayden. Just every thing. This was my second visit to this motel and I would like to stay here any time I visit Armidale. I would also recommend it to my friends. The bed was very comfortable, clean fresh towls, real milk for your tea, close enough to the town centre, value for money for an overnight stay. The room was the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was adequately fitted out for an overnight stay. The owners were friendly and helpful. This motel was very comfortable and clean. It is close to town without being on the main road so not noisy. This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. We find the motel staff excellent and the rooms are warm and comfortable. It was a clean spacious room, had a reasonable shower and the individual parking spaces are large. It's also quite central. friendly helpful owner,better sleep than expected for position of room,ability to cancel with no fee. Could park outside room. Bathroom was nice Comfortable Easy to find Nice little dog at reception. Friendly, clean, easy access to township, value meals, overall value for money and a great stay. The shower was a bit light on, the toilet flushed forever.But considering the price not a major concern for us. same problem all motels--shower head gives a circular stream of water so you dont feel like you're getting wet. we were very happy with this accommodation. Nothing. There wasn't really anything I didn't like - was only there overnight. Hmmmm nothing!!!. that we didnt stay longer. A little dated. Shower needed attention, very low water pressure. Bathroom was a bit small and cupboards had water damage due to leaking shower. Lighting was to harsh. Need softer lighting option. Nothing. A bit noisy from the neighbouring properties. Nothing. Nothing. NOthing. Nothing.
