  The staff is extremely kind and supportive. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely furnished and clean. The location is also fantastic as Quest is very close to the main malls, restaurant, museums, etc in town.   We stayed at this hotel as we did not want to stay in the township of Alice Springs as it is not that great at night and the Heavitree Gap has more of an outback feel to it.
