  The place is exceeding all expectations, I wish I could rate it as "20". Everything is very-well thought, people are not only friendly but really caring and take the guests problems as their own even if they are not related to hostel stay (e.g. finding a doctor).   Ibis was able to provide the support we needed when preparing for an early start with a planned Adventure holiday. Staff were exceptionally supportive, ensuring out of hours arrival and departure could be managed with bags being stored safely.   Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The position was very good quick access to all tourist areas while in a quiet location out of the main city centre. Secure off street parking. - Hospitable staff, nice accomodations. Good kitchen, nice to have fridge in private room and the pool was heavenly in the very hot weather.
