We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.
