Excellent facilities and furnishings. Superb location and view. Quiet, but a short walk onto the main strip meant we could leave the car behind. Rain kept us off the water, but the apartment, view and pool were so nice we still had a lovely short break at Blue Horizon. Very large apartment that included washing machine and dryer. Nice swimming pool. We checked-in out of hours and it was easy to do so via intercom.

Quick walk to the shop. Beautiful view from balcony especially at night. Lovely room. That the new boat ramp is just across the road and i could see it i will be bringing the jet ski next time for me perfict. Good walking distance to the lagoon with young children. Helpful staff with regards to booking day trips to the islands. Loved spa suite, the view, the pool and outdoor spa Clean & modern. Spacious rooms, good facility's and perfect location. very relaxing stay staffs were very helpful. Spa,View from balcony. Location and privacy. The price. Staff were friendly. Good location. And spa baths were very relaxing. Thank you for your services. the location was really great. The views. View. 15 minute walk from Airlie Beach however it isn't advertised as being central. Nothing. Chairs not comfy enough. The sope was plan and no barth salts ..no salt&pepper. The kids play room was a little unsuitable for our children aged 3 & 5 as we couldn't keep an eye on them whilst training in the gym. The couch in apartment wasn't very comfortable The parking was tight and hard to get a park. If the spa had light up more beautiful,it would be awesome. None to specify. The beds and pillows and maybe the couches. not very comfortable. Bed very hard uncomfortable and didn't like Parking very small tight parking. Advised the hotel that we would like a higher room during the booking. Our friends who were also a young couple got placed on the sixth floor and we were unfortunatly put on the 1st floor. Not a big deal but would have enjoyed our stay a bit more with a better view as we specified. first inpressions was not good the girl behind the desk had old navy blue t-shirt on..my biggest gripe is that we paid for a 2 bedroom unit and only had access to 1 bedroom...the couch in our unit was possibly the most uncomfortable we have experienced ....probably wouldn't recommend or stay there again.....for $ 330.00 per night it did not represent value for money. Your carparks suck big time!. Room was dirty, seating out dated and uncomfortable, bed was very hard and linen very dirty and parking was rubbish no room to open doors.
