The room was alot bigger then we were expecting which was great and we liked that there was an extra bathroom, sure made getting ready to go out less painful. Really liked that there was also a washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed the restaurant and cafe that was on site and the walk to the beach was lovely. The rooms also felt rather private and modern and we didnt hear a great deal from the other guests either.
所有评语 » Loved our apartment with its central courtyard.Felt very secure and very spacious. Had a modern clean design that worked well. There was room to be on your own or plenty space to gather as a group.Lovely big covered deck with table and BBQ. Great Bistro attached which catered for take out or dine in. Would love to re visit. Accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable and had every mod con needed, including washing machine, powder and dryer and the biggest barbq! Staff were polite and helpful. The beach and shops are in walking distance. Great few days had. It was a pleasant surprise to find the apartment so spacious and nicely designed. It's the best apartment we had throughout the trip and it was one of the cheapest. Totally love it! Dining on the balcony while watching the moon was great. We appreciated the fact that the Staff upgraded our Booking to a Villa at no extra cost and we found the UNIT to be very comfortable and relaxing. We thank you very much. Scenery and large apartment. The one we booked was not available as it had not been cleaned. We were given an upgrade. We enjoyed our stay - thank you. Kahunas have live music on a Saturday night and fantastic pizza! Lots of wildlife amongst the palms, walk to the beach and a very warm spa! Thank you. Sandcastles is situated in a fantastic spot of Agnes Waters/1770. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Really good value for money and the location was brilliant and very private. You can easily forget that there are other people there as well. All the staff were so friendly and eager to help. great layout of the resort style hotel and very affordable... Im definitely coming back!. Good value for money. Just loved the food at Kahuna's Restaurant. Motel rooms are large and clean, with a great little kitchenette. Bedroom set-up (TV/Aircon, bed comfort, etc.), kitchen resources (cooking pots, pans, containers, etc.). Location. View. Fairly priced simple room but still very comfy. The food at the restaurant was spot on loved every minute of it. Unit size and design. Undercover parking. Quiet position close to beach. Friendly staff. Great access to the beach and Kahunas pizza bar. Close to everything. Great location. I liked the location and the quality of the beach house we stayed in was really good. Was spotless and very comfy.Room was quiet large and bed was huge and very comfy. We loved the convenience, the layout of the unit, etc, etc. We loved everything. Great Location Garden Villa clean and nice, but a bit aged now. The design of the beach apartments and closeness to the beach. Location, great size beach house, lovely pools, beach access. A lot of palms/tropical plants which were very nice. Building design was nice and timber effects were nice. Pool area was tropical and beautiful. Close to the beach, awesome. The layout of the beachside villa - 2 familys travelling together & it worked very well. When the hot water system broke, someone was sent immediatly to look at and followed up - excellent service. Reception staff was excellent . Resolved a complaint immediately . As the room cleaning wasn't to a decent standard they offered a partial refund of our fee. The generell resort location at the beach, the beach houses or appartments - avoid "Deluxe", see under "-"!!!. The location is handy to shops and restaurants and the beach. Well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of room, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a good location for a decent price. The cleanliness wasn't great at all. The linen that we found in the cupboards were shoved in there and weren't clean. One of the bathrooms had dead or half dead wasps all through it, and the rooms did need some minor repairs done. Nothing to dislike. The dryer doesn't work properly and the drying rack is broken. Cooking hook doesn't work well either. But not a big problem. This is small issue, but I did not like being abused by a drunken female supposably visiting her friend in VILLA 10. Her abuse was over a Car Parking issue which was caused by the Tennants in Villa 12. No clothes horse No water jug Fan in bedroom was not working properly it was rather hot. There were not enough curtains in the beach home and the water from the shower splashed onto the bathroom floor. Shame they don't have the waterfall in motel section working, needs a little makeover. Also the plants in the large pots need some attention. All the gardens around the beach houses are well maintained, just the motel side is looking a little shabby. Self-cleaning. The wifi doesn't work in the beach houses. Also I had a bit of a mixup about availability of wifi codes due to the office closing after hours. Was a bit close to road but did not worry us.Upstairs only for motel rooms. Beds could of been a little softer. Noise from lower unit and pathway. nothing. The lounge furniture was a bit dated and uncomfortable. Bar fridge in the second ro was disgusting and when we first got there the place smelt like it hadn't been open for awhile other than that it was great. Alittle run down, some things could be fixed in 5 mins such a back fly screen, woodern slates, a missing louver and could be cleaned better. The motel rooms were backing onto the main road so a bit noisy and the café is located near the rooms and opened early - which woke us up. No availability for beach house. The poor food and poor service at the restaurant and cafe. Cold bed during winter - only a thin quilt on the bed. Short on utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls and cookware. It stretched out imagination some times cooking. Noise from road traffic. Everything was great. checking out at ten am. No cutting board or decent size bowls unit required maintenance-screen doors, light and fan switches, light bulbs, ironing board cover. No Wifi in rooms Restaurant on site closed on Monday despite advertising being open 7 nights per week. Cleanliness was lacking. Top blanket of one bed was disgustingly dirty. Outdoor area could have been cleaner. Didn't get to use the private pool as it was too cold. Not enough lounge chair spaces for amount of people booked (4) Lounge suite was very uncomfortable. No window in the main bedroom - not insect proof. Rusted out hot water system, broken handle on one of the kitchen drawers - just a bit run down. Bathroom and outdoors areas cleaning . The Deluxe apartment(s) - not a fitting name for what's on offer! Noisy, just a few meters from the street, no window to shut just wodden blinds. The room hasn't been cleaned up after the first night!. Unable to see the beach. The trees where to close to the veranda. Veranda was not clean. The facilities were a bit "run down" and aged. For example many light bulbs, like the outside terrace, weren't working and cobwebs were hanging in the corners. Terrace doors and curtains had some problems working correctly, and so on. So, a bit of renovation and modernization would help a lot.
