The room was a good size, the balcony great for smokers. The service was very professional and friendly. The Snooty Fox Restaurant was absolutely superb, food delicious, staff friendly. We will return when the deal is re-run. Motel staff were very friendly and helpful. Motel was in the middle of a food district and there was ample choices for dining and shopping.

We enjoyed the helpfull staff and the facilities within. O'Connell Street has plenty to offer so location is another plus. Very close to city and restaurants. Easy to access and park. Quaint environment. Staff friendly and helpful. Friendly check in. Consideration for needs and went to lengths to ensure our stay was quiet and enjoyable. I've now stayed there twice - both times a wedding party took place and yet it was never a disturbance. Location and ease of transport to visit anywhere was excellent. Room was very comfortable and quiet. quiet easy to walk to Piccadilly theatre and great choice of eating places within walking distance. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable lodgings. Well priced, good central location. Lovely, spacious, clean and well presented rooms in an old fashioned way. One of the most comfortable beds that my husband & I have slept in. convenient location-off street car park(if early ) Quiet. The only complaint was that we were having a quiet dinner for 2 and we were seated at the pre-drinks bar and it got so loud that we could not hear each other. The lady was very apologetic and I felt sorry for her as she did recognize that some-one should not have seated us so close to a noisy bar. A complimentary dessert which we shared was beautiful. The overall experience was diffused by the excellent cuisine. Parking at the hotel was an issue as there is limited parking available. The room supplied was not the room booked on the website. Room was much smaller as I booked a family room with 3 beds and was supplied an executive room with 1 bed and a couch/bed. Not being able to get room service hot breakfast on weekend was a little disappointing but not a major concern. Spa didn't work, air con in room didn't work. Not enough power or business facilities in the room that we were given to run the laptops and phones. Room had been booked as a Business room for 2 people and when we arrived the hotel had only accommodated for 1 person so had to move us to another room, probably why wasn't suitable for business. inoperable bathroom fan was reported to staff who took down details - this was only minor and not inconvenient. Nothing. Shower over bath. N/A. Price of breakfast. the noise coming from outside. The bathroom and shower were not satisfactory. Seemed outdated and the shower head was piercing. But over all And everything was fantastic. Noisy Poor reception on TV complained but still no better. City parking. Continental breakfast overpriced at $19. Staff aloofness & arrogance with attitude customer is wrong. An ill fit in hospitality industry. Issues with electronic door cardkey not working, and parking. Hotel in dire need of refurbishment. facilities. Gym is a lie. Its an verhandah. spa and pool cold.

Adelaide Inn is a 64 room property conveniently located on O’Connell Street with guest check-in open from 2 pm - 7 pm. We have rooms on the ground floor and upstairs, upstairs rooms are only accessible using the staircase. Our property has pet-friendly rooms called "Pet Friendly - Deluxe Queen and Two King Singles with Courtyard" and an additional charge of $50 per night per pet is applicable. O'Connell Street boasts a variety of excellent shopping and dining options. Our property also features the charming on-site restaurant, Fox Restaurant, which is open from Monday to Sunday for breakfast. Rooms at Adelaide Inn have recently gone under a soft renovation. The Adelaide Inn offers a range of accommodation options including Standard Twin or Queen rooms whilst ranging up to Deluxe Family Suites with a courtyard or balcony and spa suites. All rooms at the Adelaide Inn are equipped with private en-suite bathrooms and the rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities. This property is a short 18-minute walk to the Adelaide Oval. Adelaide Airport is a 20-minute drive from the Adelaide Inn. Victoria Square and the Adelaide Casino are each a 5-minute drive away. Car parking is available on-site (limited) and for a fee of $10 per night, this can be reserved before arrival. Visitor Parking is a free, very limited onsite parking option available on a first in first serve basis. Free limited spots are on the right side as you drive in, that is NOT marked RESERVED BAY. On-street parking is also available around the hotel. Please refer to the council signage. Pool, Spa and Sauna are open from 8 am - 7 pm (5:30 pm on public holidays)

This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We are open for Breakfast daily. Reception hours are from 08:00 - 19:00 daily. Public Holidays we close at 18:00. Afterhours check available, please contact hotel to organise this. Chargeback will need to be completed prior to check in. Housekeeping is not provided daily unless requested by 10am, major cleans provided every 3 days. This hotel is pet friendly with limited rooms available, please ensure you read room descriptions and book the correct room. $50 pet fee applied per day. Please note, the pool is operational during staff hours daily. We do ask guest read signage when using the hotel pool facilities.
