Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # - I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.

  Our experience at Catalonia Sur was outstanding! We were lucky enought to extend our stay. Juan was an excellent and accomodating host. Staff were very attentive too.   Paula and Luis were so very helpful even before our arrival - arranging our transfer to the hotel from the airport. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of the family, they provided great info about local restaurants, had local bus tickets for purchase and reconfirmed a boat tour we had booked ourselves.   This place with a nice design and touch of luxury is located outside the centre of Bariloche at a slightly elevated part of town. Excellent, friendly and mostly bilingual staff. Easy parking spaces at the premises, an indoor pool, gym and internet facilities. Having own transportation means is a pre, otherwise one would - It is a recently renovated beautiful hotel, extremely quiet and very well attended. The common areas and rooms are in excellent conditions and shiny cleaned. Privileged views. There was a guy of the staff "German" who helped us with all we needed, he guided us and recommended us excellent places and activities, he was so helpful.
