  Friendly, helpful staff. They helped 2 very tired Americans find a restaurant willing to serve them at 7 pm on a Sunday evening and helped us use the local bus for transportation. Room was great. Quiet, nice view, off the beaten path. Beach and lake were calming after long flights. - Fantastic staff! They are so nice.   We stayed in the Villa Huinid Hotel (not the Lodge). Nice, spacious, clean room. The hotel is at a quiet location, not too far from the city. Terrace with very nice view at the mountains and over the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities and breakfast. - Attention to detail of staff.

  The room was big and very nice. The staff was very helpful. - Staff friendly and helpful. We practically had the hotel to ourselves due to low season! Big, confortable room with views of mountains. Good evening meals prepared in restaurant. Swimming pool and jacuzzi nice way to relax in the evenings before dinner!

  We spent 15 days in the lake country and had begun our trip at one of Bariloche's premium hotels. After touring the whole area we returned for a few more days in Bariloche. We decided that we didn't really need another luxury hotel, so booked the Quillen. The lake view room was beautiful, the staff great and the location perfect. And of course, wonderful view to the lake and the mountains (this may depend on rooms, of course).
