The welcome is great, even before arrival. The staff is very helpful, always ready to provide information on the town, trips in the area. The hotel is delightful, with all its rooms set around a patio. My room was very spacious, very quiet. Highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful. The staff and the location. A great location, calm, with nice surrondings, between city center and train station (for the ones who are going to "tren a las nubes" it is just 5 minutes to get to the station).
