  The 2 bedroom apartment we had was excellent. It even had a lounge and own wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to the Argentina side of Iguazu and a private car to the Brazil side- both were excellent. Restaurant was good. The restaurant staff were fantastic and even made a huge desert with a massive sparkler for my mums birthday completely on the h - The hotel is extremely beautiful and fascinating! When we first entered our spacious lodge we were so happy to be there! It is so nice inside, and on the outside it is marvelous, as you stay in heart of Iguassu! The hotel is a 100% must! And the staff is so kind and welcoming. They dealed with our issues easy (not related to the hotel) and nice. Speaking excellent English, which is important :) thank you guys for our unforgettable experience.

  THE STAFF WAS MAZING! JOSE was so helpful & friendly and Valerio, the manager, was very professional and courteous. Maria, at reception, was very pleasant all the time. The restaurant was great!   Really nice hotel! It just opened, so there are some small quirks here and there that still not sorting out, but it is more than compensated for by the very friendly staff! We only came here for one night having spent 2 at the Panoramic Hotel, which, despite having an additional star, was a disappointment.   We felt very much at home at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, and helpfull when you need information about the waterfalls. The hotel is located about 15 minutes away (walking) from the town centre in a residential area. That makes it nice and quiet at night and it's a safe route to walk.
