  I must say this hotel could not of been better as far as taking care of us. When we needed extra nights they worked hard to let us stay in our same room. The last night we had to move across the street and they let us walk over and still enjoy their fabulous breakfast!!! They made sure my husband had Gluten free as well.   We paid around £100 per night but we were not disappointed, the spa was great after a day on the glacier and the massages are quite reasonable compared to London prices.   The hotel locates at the end of the main street and took me less than 10 minute walk from the hotel to the town centre. Even so, the location did not cause any problem because (1) there were supermarket, small shops, restaurant, fast food stores next to or opposite to the hotel; and (2) all local tours offered hotel pick-up and drop-off services.... 别人怎么说 » The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The wifi was weak a little bit at our room but the connection was strong at reception and common area. The service was excellent - we accidentally dropped a bottle of white wine on the floor and it smashed and wine went everywhere - they sent someone to clean it up straight away. The reception staff also booked a Minitrek tour of the glacier for us after we tried unsuccessfully to get a response ourselves from the company running the tour (Hielo Aventura)
