  We had a wonderful time at 5411 Soho Hotel when we stayed in mid-November. It was the perfect location right in the heart of Palermo Soho. Tons of cute shops, great restaurants and plenty of wine shops and tastings right outside. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of great tips during our stay. The location is wonderful: just a block away from Plaza Serrano, the epicenter of everything in Palermo Viejo. And since it's a small hotel, they are always aware of who's entering the place, so I thought it was very secure, which is also important.

  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.

  The hotel was fabulous. Loved the interior decorating, the designer and architect really took some time to think about the esthetics as it gave it a sleek modern look. Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing, specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well and they have variaty of choices to eat. The also offer an excellent lunch for a fair price (cheaper then restaurants in general).
