  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  The staff went out of their way to make my stay fun. They gave good restaurant tips and helped me book other travels . They spoke good English , I speak little Spanish .
