The staff is really friendly and will do anything they can to help you. The location is wonderful: just a block away from Plaza Serrano, the epicenter of everything in Palermo Viejo. And since it's a small hotel, they are always aware of who's entering the place, so I thought it was very secure, which is also important.

I stick by my previous comment re this hotel. We've tried several other hotels and have come back to Pop because it is probably the best value for money in Buenos Aires. Villa Crespo is the cheaper barrio across Av Cordoba from Palermo and its trendy expensive boutiques and restaurants whilst Pop is in the heart of 'outlet land' all the famous bra

Location is fantastic! That best thing about this hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable.
