- breakfast at the hotel with plentiful foods, elegant place and friendly smiling staff. I loved condensed milk coffee the most.
- Novotel private beach is a bonus; I could spend hours under the shadow to listen to the wave sound and feel the sea wind.
- The location is perfect with the excellent beach view, close to the Sailing Club, which I can walk, and not much far away from Winpearl entrance, that is a must for any Nha Trang visitor.

Staff where trying very hard to make sure your stay there was good. They seemed to be very hospitality focused, and we fealt it. We enjoyed are stay there immensely and thought it's a great place to rest and relax. The pools where great and the food was excellent. And the service was what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The Sheraton Nha Trang is great value for money. Yes, it is a big international hotel - but this visit it absolutely suited my purposes. Buffet breakfast was vast, my room clean with a fantastic view of the ocean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I particularly recommend the Altitude lounge on the 28th floor for a cocktail at sunset.

Were satisfied with all aspects of, the room was big and clean, even the tableware kitchenware-everything in the room. Boss is very good, address not far from the new coffee, I was walking to find. Lovely staff, very genuine and happy to help! Excellent rates for motorbike hire. Good quality bikes for the right price! Perfect location, quiet as off the Main Street but very near to all the backpacker bars and the beach. Booked the snorkelling tour and onward bus travel to Dalat via the hotel and were pleased with both. Comfy beds too.

Excellent resort, once you are in forget all stresses enjoy beach and a mazing pool in addition to out standing free food ( full board). We loved the place so we came back week later to relax prior our trip to home and to keep the good memories as long as we can. Staff very cooperative and they are there for us. -

The Summer Hotel is superb. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and polite. It's less than a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and there are lots of great restaurants nearby too. Whilst there isn't a great deal of space around the pool, it was perfect for a quick cooling dip at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic
