We stayed here one night before going to Halong bay. Cheap room got it on a deal and luckily got an upgrade when we got there. Told reception we would come back after the tour but the room was taken as the occupants had some trouble. Mr Tony sorted us out with alternative accommodation at a more expensive sister hotel and paid for our taxi for the same deal price. The room was a good size, actually had a shower with a glass door so no wet floor. And flat screen tv. The staff were very helpful a

Location very good. street not too noisy. I booked for two days before going to Halong Bay and two days after. When I returned they only had a high rise room and, since I am a pensioner, they put me in a sister hotel, two doors away( more expensive) for the same price and, when I complained that the room there had no windows they put me into a better room. staff were amazing in both hotels.

When I arrived hotel I talked to hotel staff and also asked them about Halong bay 2days and 1 night trip and they assisted me to book the trip with Dragon pearl cruise what was an amazing trip, good food, a lot of seafood as well. on our return the tour guide helped me to buy some medicinces for headach problem and when I got back to hotel the staff came over to ask if I need to go to see doctor and tooke a good care of me. Overall, I love this hotel and will come back here in next begining of

The people at the reception are so amazingly helpful and give real and
correct information. The lady booked us a trip to Sapa, and when we
compared to the other trips, ours was the most amazing one.Stars Hotell
has been our home away from home in Hanoi. While we were on our trips to
Halong Bay and to Sapa, our luggage was safely stored and looked after.
When we came back, we were offered a shower and breakfast even without
booking an extra room for a night. Absolutely great!

Perfectly lovely staff, recommended day trips, tours, where to go next, arranged taxis to/from airport, and were attentive and kind. Nice breakfast, and fantastic location - quiet street in busy place! I would stay there again for sure.

Staff are fantastic. They arranged all trips for us and taxi to airport when leaving. They provide lovely bread rolls for breakfast and they let us rearrange one of the nights we originally booked to stay the night before we left. We left our bags there while on trips for couple of days an they were safe. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were able to take shower when returning from trips and going to the next one. We came back from one trip at 5am an they gave us our room straight away T
