Sally was very friendly. She arranged the shuttle for me to the city center and grand traverse resort every day for free. They'll really take care of you. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. It is located in the midlle to everything. There is a public beach 5 min. from the hotel. There is a pool in the hotel. They serve delcious american breakfast. Staff was very helpful, organized. Did their best to accommodate
requests. Breakfast was also good, kept warm by the staff even towards
the end. At day of departure, we left at 5am but they had all our bills
ready, even some take away things such as yoghurt and coffee ready.
Breakfast was great and the pool was open 24 hours.
