We had booked in here for 1 night but found it very convenient so stayed two. Good value for money and helpful staff.
This was the cleanest motel we encountered on our trip through the SW and had the most comfortable beds.

The setting.
It is located on the edge of town and there is awful construction through the main streets of Kanab Spring 2013 so wish it had been a little closer walking distance to sights in main part of town. Pool is small.
Hotel was old and needs some freshening up.
Older hotel....hottub not in service.
The air conditioner units in the wall. They ran all night, I felt like I was trying to sleep on a plane right behind the engines. Loud Loud Loud... Never again will I stay there.
