I chose this hotel for its good price and location next to the airport
with free shuttle. I live in Buffalo and my plane left before dawn, so
this was a better option than leaving my house at 4 A.M. The bed and
pillows were very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, the shower
great, the new lg tv on the wall awesome. I would definitely choose
Sleep Inn again.
desk staff super friendly and helpful. Snowed all weekend and one of the staff came and shoved out our car for us. Desk staff always very cheerful. They kept the lobby floor from getting too wet from the snow. Maintenance came right away when we were having trouble with our fridge. I liked the location. It was very close to the airport. The staff was courteous and helpful. My flight left at 6:00 AM, and breakfast was available by 4:15 AM. My shuttle was on time. The services are excellent.
The hotel was very clean. the breakfast buffet had a lot to offer and was continuous replenished. we would definitely stay there again being we make frequent trips to Buffalo to visit family.
