We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

The beds were comfortable too! - The cost of room compared to the comfort and ease of booking. The location central to most places including easy access to the Metro.

I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.
