The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

There was nothing "not to like" about this hotel. The location just around the corner from the Mall of the Emirates and Hop on/Hop off stop and metro was excellent and made getting around very easy. Cannot praise this hotel enough - Great location, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Mall of Emirates was just around corner - 5 minutes walk even on hot day(38 degrees Celsius), Dubai Mall was one stop away on the open top buses - If you like shopping might be better just to get a taxi - to this Mall - we were there 4 hours and only just touched the surface.
Went to Gold Souk - Quite an experience - very friendly and not overly pushy.
Would gladly go back and stay again

It was ideally located right next to one of the biggest shopping mallsin the uae and right beside the main drag into Dubai. Although you withno traffic noise you would never have known. - good service, nice staff,

The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. -

Персонал говорить на русском, не работала джакузи но на второй день починили, много иностранцев отдыхающих сложилось впечатление что попал в Германию или в Мексику. Возле гостиницы Mall of the Emirates, еду покупали там же в Mall of the Emirates в гостинце все дорого. -

Все! Отличный дизаин снаружи, да и внутри неплохо. Завтраки не брали. Интернет хороший! Персонал отзывчивый! Каждый день приносили 2 бесплатных бутылочки воды и кофе с чаем! Everything it was real value for money should be classified as 5 star but unfortunately has no views. The biggest room we have ever seen in any hotel even five and six star hotels- king size bed, comfortable lounge perfect working desk and free WI FI for the whole time for any number of devices. Fabulous restaurants ( one buffet one silver service- great choice of wines and beer) English Pub and club on the premises. Wonderfully professional ad helpful and polite staff- deserves greater apprec -
it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien
