  Beautiful hotel, nice rooms with all the comforts. Staff are polite and helpful. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Room service dinner was very nice.   Simply a perfect place for children. My 3 yo son loved feeding Giraffes, Zebras and deers right infront of our room/chalet. The fact is the Hotel is in a middle of a very clean/organized Zoo, so you can do the zoo-round and when he nagging starts, simple go back to the room and relax. Highly recommended for Families with children, bring with you some carrots and - The hotel was incredible and having giraffes and zebras outside your front door was amazing. The chalets were spacious and tastefully decorated. An extra bonus is that to visit the zoo is also free of charge, reception will organise guests complimentary tickets. Overall this hotel is excellent and for the price is by far the best value for money I have come across and I stay in many hotels for business. Would definitely recommend and cant wait to return.

  We stayed in the Fairmont Gold rooms which include butler service, afternoon tea and early evening drinks with high quality snacks all included in the room rate. Staff was excellent in all areas and always smiling. Best trained staff we have come across so far in a hotel. Rooms were big and well decorated with very comfortable beds. The pool is very long so it can also be used for early morning exercise. - I loved the room designs. very modern and fancy. the hotel staff were very friendly. food was good but expensive. although if you book in the executive Gold floor like I did, then you get a lot of complimentary meals. pool is amazing, especially the pool bar.

  Персонал!!! Просто супер, все очень доброжелательные, улыбчивые, заботливые. Особенно car parking и housekeeping персонал. Если у вас есть проблемы с языком в отеле есть русско говорящий администратор. Номера очень просторные, кровати удобные и большие. В первый номер который нас заселили был с не очень хорошим видом, по запросу замену номера ни ... что говорят » каких проблем не возникло, администраторы отеля идут на встречу и меняют номер по возможности без всяких расспросов. Так если вы приезжаете в отель на - останавливались в этом отеле в мае 2013г. отличный отель! чистота практически идеальная (для нас это важно). услужливый, но ненавязчивый персонал. у нас был включен клубный лаунж на 9 этаже, это нам заменяло ужин, что очень удобно! бесплатные шатлы до абу-даби молл, марина молл, феррари парк. рядом рынок и небольшой супермаркет. красивая территория за пределами отеля. в общем, уютный и достойный отель!

  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The whole ambiance of the hotel - scrupulously clean & beautiful.... что говорят » The foyer was stunning & the lounges comfortable & relaxing. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!
