I made the booking with a remark that I will be celebrating my annivarsarry and I... что говорят » was really surprised that I got 1- an upgrade for the room. 2- an amazing set up in the upgrdaded room in the 50th floor. 3- complimantry cake, drinks and even gifts. 4- a late check out. To sum up, this was the best hotel I have ever visited as they also have very friendly staff and lo - The hotel had everything you can write about in the "LIKE" box. the check in welcome was royal. they gave us the 55th floor which was what we asked for. few gifts were waiting for us inside. the hotel had everything you need, the quiet beach, the lovely pool, the delicious restaurants, the perfect nightlife! we did not have to go out of the hotel! he view of the room was breathtaking and the bathroom was majestic! never gave 10/10 but this hotel deserves it!

  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The whole ambiance of the hotel - scrupulously clean & beautiful.... что говорят » The foyer was stunning & the lounges comfortable & relaxing. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him ... что говорят » in Arabic. The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel - *Check in/out is peace of mind. *We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning. *Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable. *Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs. *Breakfast in the room was something. *Staff is very friendly & attentive. *Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing. *Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island. Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.
