As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good.   I loved the hotel. Actually I felt in love with the City Club Hotel. Very cool, fresh and clean. I am not sure when the hotel was built exactly but it looked very new to me. Rooms are superior.
