Что говорят
I have been taking my mother away once a year for the last 5years and we usually stay at Premier Inn Brighton, from our first visit we were made to feel welcome and the rooms and service were of a high standard and the staff very friendly. This was our first time at York North and we found the same high standards of sevice and the friendlness of the staff was just as excellent. The room was suitable for disabled people, which was great as I tend to forget my mother is 78 and i had not request. все обзоры »
Good price, clean and comfy rooms, helpful staff, free hotel parking and very quite location - despite being near a park and ride bus-stop for in and out of York. (If you wanted to taxi ride it was less than £8.) There is a gastro pub within yards of the Premier Inn (The Dormouse) - it looked nice but we had already booked for dinner in York. Breakfasts at Premiere Inn were fine.
We liked the fact the bus is close by for trips into York. We also liked the relatively easy access to the motorway.
We loved the staff - so warm and friendly and patient! The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable (if a bit snug for a family of four) and clean. The cherry on top was the price! We will return again - hopefully sooner than later :).
We took our two young grandchildren to York for two nights, and this hotel was ideal for that. The family room was well prepared, the breakfasts, which were free for the children, were excellent, and the location was close to a Park and Ride stop. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
As with all Premier Hotels, you know exactly what to expect and the hotel in York did not disappoint us at all. The staff were very friendly and we were able to park the car safely and get a bus into York to do the tourist thing. The Inn close by, The Dormouse, was an ideal end of night venue.
The Inn was well up to PI All in all, a good choice.standards. We had a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast food (we had the continental) was plentiful although the croissants weren't up to continental standard: the next day we had toast! The P+R stopping near the hotel was another plus point.
As always a quality and standard that you always expect from a Premier
Inn. The associated restaurant, The Dormouse, is also very good
quality. A little outside York, but a quick drive in, with a Park &
Ride nearby as well. There are also a few other restaurants less than a
mile away.
Staff were excellent, brought use another heater because of the cold room.
Breakfast was excellent.
location was good - didn't have to drive into York and bus ride worked out cheaper than parking in York.
Pub was handly placed approx 100yds away.
Perfect location for our trip. We loved our 1 night stay and thought the pub (the Doormouse) was good value for food and drinks. We all had a lovely full english breakfast before continuing with our journey.
Location excellent for York City Centre and surrounding attractions,
service excellent, room ( disabled ) excellent, nearby restaurant (
Dormouse Pub ) very good, Breakfast quality and service first class.
The dormouse pub conveniently located to the hotel. Didn't have to look around the area to have dinner .
Bus stop right across from hotel in to York. Was perfect for easy acess for sight seeing york .
The location was good in that it was just far enough from the city that
we didn't get lost driving out of town. Good size room for the 3 of
us. Great breakfast. Recommend the pub next door for a meal.
Great value for money. The staff were all pleasant, helpful and welcoming, the room was spotless and the breakfast excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk next door to The Dormouse pub.
we are both disabled but we had a lovely welcome from the person on the desk and the Manager. hey came to the car to help carry in the luggage and were most attentive when we had breakfast.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and homely. The breakfast was excellent and very filling. My children loved it too!!! Lovely hotel and staff.
Friendly staff that went out of their way to help us.....
The comfort factor.......
Peace and Quiet.....
The friendly pub in The Doormouse..........
The Welcome.....

EVERYTHING! One of the best we have stayed in....The pub next door was lovely, quality food, wine and service! Exceptional surroundings. Very please Will Recommend.
The staff were just FANTASTIC, very nice, helpful, made me feel home
Rooms are nice, clean and cozy
Breakfast is very rich, absolute value for money.
very friendly and accommodating staff, generous and varied breakfast, quiet location, convenient to a regular bus service to the city.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The location, although only a couple of miles from city centre was very quiet at night.
The cleanliness of whole hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the evening receptionist.
The staff were great along with the location the rooms were clean and breakfast was fantastic.
Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable double bed.
The reception staff and the lady who dealt with breakfast were very friendly and helpful.
Close to the town of York...breakfast was delicious..beds were comfy rooms clean.
It does what it says on the tin. Very comfortable and a great breakfast.
staff were very helpful and very polite, excellent location. good food.
Close to park and ride good pub and meal. Friendly helpful staff.
The location was pretty good as we were on the bus route.
Fantastic staff really friendly couldn't be more helpful.
Nice room, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.
the location and cleanliness; the friendly staff.
Clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly staff.
Staff, close to york town ,room was clean .
You know what you are going to get.
Nice helpful staff enjoyable stay.
visit to city an nrm.
knew what to expect.
Staff.
The close proximity of the presence of a restaurant which is within walking distance.
The setting of the hotel which is slightly tucked away from the road and the surrounding greenery.
Ample parking space.
Good breakfast on-site; comfortable room; good TV with good choice of channels.
Staff were very helpful, and our whole group were placed in adjacent rooms.
Beds are comfortable. rooms are large. Car parking is free.
The friendly staff and the dormouse very close.
Good breakfast , parking ,staff.
Nice staff clean hotel.
Staff very helpful,.
Breakfast is nice.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing.
No complaints!.
The breakfast, although to usual good standards, could do with a little
extra space as it got quite crowded with people trying to get to the
toast and cereal area.
Room was cold, thermostat didn't appear tp work - kept cutting out after about 1 min.
Couldn't open the window any more, although we appreciate it was for safety. The room had a fan, but it was too noisy to leave running.
No Negatives to add.
The beds were too hard and the pillows too soft. Didn't sleep at all :( shame really as this was the only bad thing about our stay.
The pub having last orders on a Friday night at 10.50..
Pub food in the door mouse was very poor. We picked off the set menu
(served all day until 5 pm) The meal was all microwave stuff....very
poor...and not cheep. The other menu may have been better but as it was
quite expensive we never gave it a go!!.
considering the price nothing.
The price was high.
One of The single spare beds in room 118 was very uncomfortable, the springs were almost showing.
The second child's bed was uncomfortable.
They made a booking error but very quickly made amends.
Unfortunately the room was very hot. The thermostat in the room failed to work correctly and no fitter was available. Every time we set it to a lower heat it went back up to 23.5 All four of us were kept up most of the night due to the warm temperature.
nothing.
space in room was tight; the dormouse restaurant was expensive and not so good.
Long walk into central York but a bus stop just outside the hotel with a frequent service.
No bath ..
Price structure false cheap lead in.
Children running up and down the corridors at 11pm - room heating intermitant.
No lift. But staff carried my bag up for me which was good of them.
Choice of breakfast - Can't only have English breakfast without having Continental also. Would have preferred a choice between the two rather than a combined one.
The hotel was very clean, but, there was the smell of disinfectant hanging in the air along the corridor to the room.
Only some of the lights along the corridor where our room was located were on for some nights. Lighting can be slightly better.
Smelly sink in bathroom; there were clearly waste-water plumbing problems on the first floor.
it is not easy to travel to city center without car. you can not control the heater and the room is cold. There is a smell inside the toilet.
Being given a disabled room to which I did complain to the girl on reception who kindly offered to move us to another room but as we had unpacked and were only there for a night we did not bother Also all the TV adverts state stay at the premier inns for as little as £29 I don't think this advert reflects the price people DO pay of which I paid £115 for the night to which I will probably look for a B&B when on another trip.
Basic room & bathroom . Lack of storage for clothing.
Heating in bedroom poor.
Free wifi o ly limit to 30 min.
