The staff were always helpful and put themselves out to help, without being pushy. The Hotel is well maintained and if in the area I would stay there again. Clean, tidy and comfortable room, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was superb!. although i only stayed the one night, the staff i met were all cheerful and polite, the breakfast was plentiful and excellent, i would like to thank the lady for dragging herself out of bed on a saturday morning to cook it for me ( i was the only guest that night). все обзоры »
Friendly staff and an excellent home coked breakfast.nice and clean, relaxed. good breakfast. The Breakfast was lovely, the room was very nice and comfortable, staff service very good and the location was excellent for the Cliffs Pavillion.Good value for money. friendliness of staff room comfortable, staff good about changing my room to one at the back of the hotel. charming staff, lovely dining room and newly refurbished public rooms. Ok room and nice breakfast.peace and quiet. the staff were very friendly; breakfast was deliscious. The welcome from the receptionist and a very good bed. Off road parking. One small point in the room I stayed the shower was not very good. Thepressure was very low but it was useable, just!. noise of passing traffic, and local residents coming home from night out. Our room at the front of the hotel was on the busy and noisy road, if we stayed again we would ask for a room at the rear. The bed was definitely needing a new mattress as it was soft and sagged in the middle!. the view ?. the one thing i was very unimpressed with was that our room was seperate to the rest of the hotel! felt more like a b and b than a hotel. On that score I would not use this hotel again. did not live up to its 3 star rating!!!. Unsmiling staff at breakfast and limited choice for uncooked breakfast. How about some fruit and/or yoghurt?. Room was a bit cold.
