Highly commended by the Grand Theatre, which is situated opposite, this friendly hotel and public house is set in the heart of Swansea, just a short drive from the Gower Peninsula.
If you are here to visit Swansea city centre, the famous Mumbles, the Marina, or to see one of the Grand Theatre's famous shows and events, the Singleton hotel is the ideal place to stay. It is also within easy reach of the new Aquapark and the LC2.
The Singleton is famous for its live music at weekends, popular amongst guests and the locals. Live music stops at 23:30.

Room was comfortable and spotless. I liked the fact that the pub was downstairs and was quite friendly. There was live music but I returned after closing hours so this did not have any affect on my sleep! It was very good value for money. I must admit I did not have breakfast and am not sure if this was included in the price. Pleasant, helpful landlady who was happy to give me lots of information about Swansea. I had a nice en-suite bedroom. Good value for money. I felt quite safe as a lone woman traveller. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.все обзоры »
very friendly and welcoming, grate for a shopping trip and very good price. Would go there again. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean. More welcoming than a large hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast hit the stop everytime! The room was clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all those looking for a good hotel in the city centre, near the bars and clubs!. we always stay here when we go to gigs at sin city,
as it's just around the corner.
breakfast as always is excellent.
very friendly staff who know us by now.
. Good staff, exellent breakfast and location. Pub and rock banddownstairs doesn't bothering. the staff were friendly, the room was basic but clean and the breakfast was good.Good position. Free breakfast. Comfy beds. No curfew. The friendlines of the staff. value for money. The Management were extremely helpful and professional and madeeverything clear to me, the fact they had "live" entertainment and therewould be a certain amount of noise, they had a room to leave my case, local info etc.It was perfect location for me, as it was right next to the coach station and the Sin City club. Hotel room had everything i needed. Nice staff. It was raining and they provided us with an umbrella when we wanted to go out.Good central location, easy to to park, good breakfast. Very close to the city centre. convenient location, helpful staff, though not advertised as such it was generally a local pub offering a bed and breakfast service at reasonable rates. Close to city centre. Very friendly staff. No noise coming from the pub downstairs. The room was clean comfortable and warm which is very rare in some ofthe BnB's in swansea. it was in the centre of the city which was ideal!. helpful and friendly staff. It was right above a pub with live entertainment. Good location. staff were friendley , but the hotel was very outdated, if i had the choice i would of booked a different hotel. The breakfast was good. not very much. Leaving. Nothng, it is a pub with some rooms above, not a 3 star hotel as described. Location and friendliness - otherwise little else. that they did not allow us to check in on friday though we had explained that we were running late. No, everything was just as I expected. On a junctionand you were disturbed by people coming home in the early hours of the morning,.no complaints at all. very hard to find due to incorrect contact details on your website. The noise on the 1 floor. I think this hotel and its position would benefit from upgrading. One particular member of staff needs to learn a bit of customer care. There is NO parking available, the booking.com website says there is free public parking nearby, but that's isn't correct. from 5pm to 9am we could park our car at the street next to the hotel, but during the day we had to find another solution.Room was a bit cold. I am sure if i asked the helpful land lady she would have fixed the problem though. The website said there was free parking nearby. There was only on street parking and an expensive car park. Please amend the web site to reflect this.Because of this I would not recommend it.Lack of Parking. Street noise as on a very busy street. Something outside banging against the wall all night. Noisy extractor fan in the bathroom. No free public parking nearby contrary to what the website says. Breakfast just ok.Breakfast was too early and the facilities to get ready werentpractical eg. No plug socket near mirror and mirror in the darkestcorner of the room. yes the windows in the room did not close properly therefor there was a cold draft !!!!. It was right above a pub, so a bit noisy. The pub did close at 00.30whereafter there was quiet, though. Matteress was of poor quality and needed replacing. This is a pub. All rooms upstairs, no lift. Friday evening karaoke night - VERY LOUD and late. Rooms very basic and not as shown on website. No parking except where you could find it and our car was vandalised overnight. Bad experience - would not recommend. it was in a poor area with no parking ,. Dirty room (chewed gum left on bed, fresh stains on duvet, lots of dust) lack of parking other than on dodgy streets nearby - where my car was vandalized. There was no hot water...Yes, see above. I had to listen to a disco until 11pm, directly below my room. It is not a hotel, it is a slightly run down and dated pub - with BandB rooms. The room was not particularly clean although the en-suite was spotless. There was several millimetres of fluff behind beds and wardrobe. Bed was not made on second day. Rubbish (old leaflets, crisp packets, used tissues and chewing gum) behind bedside cabinets and under beds. Not good.It was a room over a very grotty pub. The room was extremely shabby and very noisy due to an extractor fan outside the window which was switching itself on and off all night.
