Excellent location - near to The Motorpoint Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre. On arrival the hotel's computer system was down but staff remained professional, helpful and very welcoming. We stayed in room 1 and it was absolutely spotless and smelled lovely. My husband found the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Even though there is a busy bar area on the same level as the accommodation we did not hear any noise and had a fantastic nights sleep. The air conditioning was easily c. все обзоры »
Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. We had three rooms, one
with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.
Breakfast good but best to avoid busy times as space is tight, staff
.
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and Lauren on reception was lovely. Breakfast was excellent better than some much more expensive hotels. Staff very attentive at breakfast even refilling my orange juice - nice touch. Couldn't have asked for more from the location or price. Very well done to the staff at this hotel.
Staff were most helpful, friendly and polite. Excellent speedy check-in. Room very comfortable and clean. Bar staff very efficient. Did not have evening meal, but when we had breakfast next day we wished that we had! Superb start to the day, most satisfying. Will certainly stay again next time we are in town.
I was most impressed with the warm and friendly welcome that we
receieved from your receptionst, Holly. She was also very helpful. Also
the breaklfast staff were very helpful and accomodating. (This review
replaces my review of 26.1.13 as I had given an incorrect rating).
We had issue with shower and the staff provided another room to use the shower and we then moved for our 2nd night into that room and we were pleasantly surprised that without having to ask we were refunded for the night we had no shower facilities, service was fantastic.
The location was good, close to motorway for access . Right next door to
Meadowhall which is a large shopping mall, close to tram to get into
Sheffield (about 15 mins). Staff were very nice and friendly and room
very comfortable plus plenty of free parkng.
Large, pleasant, comfortable room, excellent bathroom, friendly staff, pleasant Thyme restaurant – nothing fancy but well-cooked, nicely presented food. Appreciated the 30 mins free wi-fi. Good breakfast. And, hallelujah, Costa coffee!.
The staff are fantastic nothing was to much trouble. This hotel maybe classed as a budget hotel but the staff are 5star all the way.I have stayed in many premier inns but this 1 was friendly by far .
the staff were very helpful and friendly.the hotel was clean and the food good. You can rely on the service and quality being of a good standard no matter where you stay while in a premier Inn.

Easy access to motor way
Loads of car parking
Reasonable bar prices.
Excellent location and helpful reception staff. Asked for an iron and
reception staff offered to bring it up to the room along with the
ironing board. Very friendly too.
Very near to shopping mall, and just down the road from the arena, which
we had come to go there. Very clean and comfortable, all you need for a
one night stay.
Brilliant staff. Best staff ever in any hotel we have stayed at. Good breakfast. Easy walking distance to Meadowhall. Easy to get to off the motorway.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly staff in all areas.
The location was fantastic.
There wasn't anything to dislike!.
Meal deals are a little complicated and not necessarily clearly
explained, you need to make them are aware if you have prebooked and
paid for breakfast in the room rate as we had. We were charged breakfast
again in the meal deal but once we realised the next morning they
credited at reception without a problem. Only small quantity of teabags
etc in room but when asked at reception there are more freely available
to help yourself.
Nothing.
Can't say there was anything we didn't like but we did ask what time meals were cooked up to and told up to midnight , this was apparently incorrect when we tried to order food at 10pm the kitchen was closed, had to eat a bag of crisps and a kit kat out of the vending machine!.
Sadly on our first morning ( we stayed 2 nights) there was a very poor
service at breakfast and the items were mostly run out when we arrived
and it took an age for any replenishment to take place which was a big
disappointment. However I did bring this to the staffs attention and
received an immediate refund for the cost of the breakfast. The next
morning it was fantastic (as it usually is in Premier Inn).
Nothing to complain about at all.
the room wasn't ready but only had 2 wait 20 mins and the staff were very helpfull.
The room did become very warm despite the fan provided . not used to such warm weather in October !.
Room at the end of the corridor, right next to the tram line, very noisy and disrupted sleep.
Bar staff had disappeared for 10 minutes. Double room had 2 beds pushed
together and the seem of the mattress was in the middle of the bed. It
kept my partner awake but didnt bother me.
No hot water in morning as some idiot had left the tap on in there room
and had flooded the room and reception. Staff didn't explain why
there was no water..Could of called the rooms and made people aware..
no a/c in the rooms. Noisy with the window open.
There was a horrible man complaining - we think he was a serial
complainer!! He complained about noise. The hotel backs onto the road,
across the car park is a tram line. Our room overlooked the car park and
we didn't realise there was a tram until we were leaving - never
heard a thing! Our friends were on the 'road' side and also
slept like babies!.
Our room was situated on the ground floor, in the middle of the night there was a lot of noise from above, also a dragging of furniture which disturbed us. When we went to the reception in the morning there gas been a big leak we asked if this was what all the noise had been during the night the reply we got was no the leak had only just happened. I'm not so sure this was the case.
Couldn't lock my bedroom door from the inside - no chain or safety bolt.
The awful toaster at breakfast! Burnt toast every morning of my stay.
A strange smell in the bathroom, which I could smell in the corridor. Could be the drains.?.
Our room was on first floor, we could clearly hear people walking about
in the room above quite late at night and very early in the morning -
disturbing our sleep. Room was cold during the night and could not get
thermostat to stay at higher temp.
there was nothing.
found room not very warm at times small heaters were supplied but too small to heat all of the room.
There was only one coffee satchel per person in our room we thought more should of been provided.
Nothing, Premier Inn was excellent as usual, no complaints at all.
nothing.
Very warm in the room, when we had fan on very hard to hear tv.
no complaint.
Nothing to not like.
The bath was slippy to get into for a shower. Would be safer with a nonslip mat.
No Free wi fi, and choice of meals. When on arrival/ payment I order
2 meal deal at £22.95 per meal I don't always want to eat the meal
deal offers. Why can one not pick what they fancy. I pay £22.95 but most
times do not have the 3 courses so can I not change my meals to suit.I
Also can not get the same price week in and week outSpent 8 weeks now so
how about some free wi fi.
pillows were not great would be better soft :(.
bit far from city center.
Tv difficult to work or find channels.
The Disabled room they gave me first ... very bland and drab.
Wifi did not work.
the clicking of the heating.on.off.on.off.he kept waiting for the next click(but I slept well) .
The food in the restaurant needs improvement.
room overlooking dustbin bay, and had delievery at 7.30am which woke us up.
Service in restaurant was very slow.
Some noise from the train going past.
The first room we went in had an awful smell of fags - we complained,
they said they would do something. But nothing done until we complained
again that night - we then got a room move.
That the breakfast was so expensive it cannot compete with all the other outlets around that also serve breakfast.
