This family-run guesthouse is set in a quiet street, 25 yards from the seafront, Paignton Beach and the pier. It offers cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi and a free shuttle service from Paignton Train and Bus Stations.

We had a very pleasant stay at Trentham for 4 nights. It is located in a peaceful road near one of the beaches. The room was clean, homey and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. They served us well- cooked breakfasts everyday. Joan and Tyron were genuinely lovely and thoughtful hosts and it gave us a feeling of being in a relative's home while on break! It was like home from home. We were made to feel welcome even before we arrived. Tyron phoned me to confirm the booking and it was like we had known him for years. His wife Joanne was lovely aswel. She cooks an amazing breakfast certainly sets you up for the day. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need. If you need anything they will get it for you. We will definitely be staying here again. If you go to Paignton and dont stay here then your crazy! We enjoyed our sta.
The hosts were so friendly and could not do enough for you. The food was plentiful and of a very high standard. The room was immaculate. The little touches like a welcoming bottle of water and sweets were very appreciated. A fantastic place to stay. They say arrive as a guest and leave as a friend, and we did. Top people well done.

The location of the guest house was brill,in quiet side street, but no more than 1 minutes walk from sea front and shops,parking was available while we were there,accommodation was excellent & the owners could not do enough for you.all in all a very pleasant experience.would go again when we have the chance.
A lovely little guesthouse three steps from one of the many beaches in the area. Our room was charming and very comfortable with all the classic amenities. Tyron and Joanne are hard-working and welcoming hosts. Wonderful -- we'll certainly try to be back soon.
Owners were friendly, helpful, & nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean, nicely decorated & beds were comfy. Food great. Only ten mins walk to bus & train station and steam railway. Best B & B we have stayed in.
