Completely refurbished in January 2008, the Penn-Sarne Holiday Flats offer modern facilities in relaxing surroundings. Each flat has its own private entrance and there is ample free street parking in the area.

The flats are ideally situated close to all amenities, including golf, fishing, the Great Orme, the North Wales Theatre, a conference centre, Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey, and North-Wales’s coastal resorts.

Please note there is a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Special midweek and weekend winter offers are available.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total booking fee is taken at the time of booking. The balance is taken on the day of arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount will be taken.

Travelling information

By Car
- Take the M6 or M56.
- Join the A55.
- Take exit 18 for Deganwy on the A546.
- Continue over 2 roundabouts.
- Follow the road for 3 miles (approximately).
- Continue through Deganwy, past North Wales Golf Club on the left.
- At the roundabout, turn right for the town centre, onto Gloddaeth Avenue.
- Take the 4th turning on the left into York Road.
