Bunk beds very stable and comfortable mattress. Breakfast provision very
good. Free car parking. Went Nov 23rd and room was so warm, all night.
No draughts or noise from main road or trains.
Such great value for money. Very clean and comfortable, basic rooms but everything you need. We loved our stay here and would 100% come back.

The staff couldn't have been better, better than most hotels, guest houses!. The place is very clean, and the in charges' are very friendly and helpful. .
Excellent friendly staff, good atmosphere, lovely lake just around corner.
The whole place was well run with attentive staff. Very clean and tidy.
Helpful staff wet out of their way to assist me on several occasions.
Friendly Staff
Close to Town
Cheap.
Nice staff.
Very cheap.
Craig at reception is excellent, very warm and friendly. Give us a lot of valuable advise for where to eat where to visit. We stayed in a 4 beds room with ensuite toilet and shower room. Nearby in walking distance is a beautiful park and exotic plants green house and rose garden, also a very big lake. Good to have walk. There is a nice Indian restaurant at the corner. Very busy and food are nice.
The bunks were good.
The staff helped me with the bus timetable.
The staff let me carry on with emergency exam marking
The price per night was competitive and helpful to a tight budget. It allowed me to attend an event at the chapter arts centre on storytelling.
Staff were friendly, price was good. Had all the facilities you need, just without the high price, and luxury.
Friendly helpful staff.
The lack of curfew.
Threadbare, stained carpet in room! But I was not expecting deep pile so
I took my slippers!!!.
The breakfast was not nice.
no breakfast, quite expensive for a normal hostal, it is not very close to the city center.
The noise from traffic and other guests during the night.I wish the Wifi could work and is added to the total amount of the room.
could be a bit noisy in room1 but still great value for money.
Rooms could be stuffy, venetian blinds didn't really block out stree lights. Constant noise from traffic.
Noise.
Very hot. Window stuck open all night with heavy traffic noise and train track literally overhead shook the place every time a train went past so not much sleep was had due to it being stuffy and noisy but still, it was a cheap place to try and sleep :-).
Room is ok, clean, shower is fine, bed sheet and covers are clean washed, but it is a budget hotel suitable for backpackers. Suggest the owner spend a bit money do a face lift on the rooms decor and it will add the value and get better review from guests.
The hostel looks tired
The staff were quite often behind the shutters.
The doors were locked and it made the hostel unwelcoming to begin with.
The wi fi was quite expensive.
Beds were very basic - did feel slightly unstable, but for getting your head down - they do what they're designed to do.
Bottom bunks floorlevel.
