  The room was excellent, spacious, clean and very comforting. Staff were friendly and most of all the receptionist Sertac who was extremely friendly and helpful and would go the extra mile to help the guests, I believe all receptionists should be like him. the gardens, sports courts, playgrounds, swimming pools, all were great.   First of all the location is very important. The place is very close to city center and also to the public transportation stations such as metro and busses. My room was very clean and i had more staff than i would need in a one day/night stay. Personnel are warm and ready to help you anytime of the day.   We travelled as a family of 5 with a young 18 month old child and stayed in the family room - Hassan and the rest of the hotel staff could not have been more hospitable and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel making us feel very welcome in a genuine way - fantastic location - stones throw from all the main sites, ayasofia, hippodrome square, b... что говорят » lue mosque, Turkish baths, cool shops, basilica cistern to name just a few - price was very fair compared to other hotels - large family room with ple - Location - Only a few minutes walk from the blue mosque and another few minutes will take you to Ayasofya and other major attractions. There was a mosque too right next to our room, but only for males. Market - we arrived on Wednesday and there was a market selling fruit, vegetables, cheeses and much more. A good way to save on food! They provide a small gas burner and basic cutlery, you might want to bring a small pocket knife.
