The room was fantastic, loads of space and a balcony with rattan furniture and sun beds. Food was abysmal, little variety, no fruit or continental breakfast Staff miserable and unhelpful. They did not know I had modified my booking date and took an extra night's tariff. It took me ages to get the money back and they took 15% tax, so I lost out due to letsbookhotel.com or the hotel not communicating about my change of dates. Will not use letsbookhotel.com or the hotel again.
