The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Also only 7 minutes from tram and 10 mims from metro to large shopping centre and airport. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo.

I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and spoke good English, and the hotel is new and very clean, and the food is really good. The rooms have a nice view (specially on the upper floors) and the hotel is located near all SultanAhmet attractions but still in a quiet and convenient far from the street noise. The nearest tram station is 7mins walking down hill and gets you anywhere in Istanbul in matters of minutes. Before my arrival in Istanbul, complimentary airport service for both pick up and drop off was arranged. A warm welcome was given in a professional manner during my check-in in the hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and trendy/modern. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for both business as well as leisure travellers. The staff were very nice and polite.Breakfast was very good. Free internet very good, Excellent location for all main tourist sites within walking distance also brilliant for shopping. The rooms have balconies and overlook a small park and the city. Good breakfast and you can sit outside in pleasant weather. As other people have mentioned the shower takes a bit of getting used to. Location, near taxi station and street for shops and resturants. The last one hour I spent in the hotel. Room size only OK, but appreciate that this is often the case with a newly built hotel in a city like Istanbul, it would be the same in London. Limited restaurants locally, some OK but often walked further to find them, not a problem if you are a good walker, otherwise possible to go a stop or two on the tram. The only dislike was that other than the staff at reception & restaurant the hotel other employees do not know english. The rooms are a tiny bit small but not in an annoying way. Not applicable. Standard room size very small bit of a squeeze for a couple. Location. About 1km to aksaray tram station, not a big deal for people who like to walk. Difficult to find the hotel, although we had a navigation system, but everything else was so wonderful that you already forgot about it :)). The room size could be a little better. Unfortunately bad isolation against noise from other rooms, because I was located in the end of the hall the wifi signal was almost imposible to catch. Just the breakfast should to extend 1 hour more to be until 11:00am not to 10:00am. Airconditioning in room worked but could not be adjusted. The rooms cleaned but were not properly supervised. The neighboring room was loud and although I complained the team did nothing. room size. Every think was good, food option was less. If you plan to walk, the hotel is a reasonable distance from the Aksaray Metro station (about 750 metres) and part of which is uphill. The taxi drivers around the Aksaray metro station are some of the worst swindlers in Istanbul. If you catch a taxi find one with a metre and dont pay more than 10 lira if that. -Lack of towel rails and hooks in bathroom so no place to hang used towels -Clogged tub -Identical breakfast selection daily. No hotel security many staff not friendly small room space late response for requests same breakfast menu every day small room space very few toilet kit options. The first hour I spent in the hotel. the room was really small and bed is very small also.. I don't like it at all...
