Loved the view , the location and most of all the friendly staff . Every one was so nice , efficient and extremely helpful . They arranged some tours , balloon riding and transport to Kayseri all very good and on time . The day of our departure we encountered the gery nice owner in Goreme centrum and he was extremely nice to us , he also payed for our drinks in the local cafe , thats it for me , the human touch ! And i'm so thankful .

We stayed 3 nights in Village Cave House Hotel and had a great time. The building itself was an old cave and our room was historically used as a kitchen. There was even an old fashion oven in the middle of the room- we loved it!! It was very nice and cosy. Also the owner was very helpful and friendly. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Onur helped us plan our trip on the map. Just like this, we made a great tour programme... It is an amazing experience to actually sleep in a room carved into the cliff. The bathroom was newly renovated and was modern. The room was cosy and the sitting area outside was amazing. Also, the host is very helpful and his breakfast is awesome, especially the yogurt with local honey and fresh bread with really good cheese and olives!!!. BEAUTIFUL ROOMS. Super impressed by the design. Mustafa and his brother were incredibly helpful and friendly. They told us a bit about the origin of the home they converted into this amazing accommodation. The rooms were really comfortable and we were so sad not to stay more than 1 night! Goreme is amazing. Stay here!. The hotel was lovely, beautifully clean and friendly and helpful staff. It was basically a cave, but kitted out with a lovely bathroom, a cave bed (but you wouldn't know!) The room was very large. We had a lovely view of Goreme and a little balcony area. The location was excellent. The breakfast was lovely too. The ambience of being in a cave room in the middle of goreme was a real experience . It was had hot water heater private facilities. No tv or fridge which was fine as breakfast included and no time for tv . Owners couldn't have been more helpful with tours onward bookings and transfers. Great location right up against mountainside looking out at the city. No more than a 5-10 min walk to downtown Goreme and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. We reserved transportation to/from airport through them as well as a tour and all were very cost-effective. We loved our room and very raw yet comfortable feel it had. The hotel owners and staff was very helpful. The heating in the room was very effective and warm water too. Which made the stay more comfortable considering the -10 to _15 degrees Celsius temperatures outside!. It is a real cave house, very unique hotel style which makes me feel in fairy place. The spectacular vieuw from the hotel, all rooms have a terrace and there are some terrace for public use, everymorning we had the famous balloons off Cappadokya right in front of us!!! Also staf special Onur!!!. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great in goreme with a really nice view. Quick walk down the hill to a lot of restaurants. Free wifi worked well. It was located very nicely in a cave and we had a great view over most of Goreme and the fairy chimneys! The heaters were always turned on in the evening and you never felt cold while in the room! Very nice, cosy rooms. Good location. Beautiful view. İt's not the Hilton so you may find it basic at first but its really comfy and more than enough . The bathroom was clean but utensils could be improved. Nothing!. Sheets seemed a little musty, though definitely were clean, and this could have been the byproduct of living in a cave. Was not a big deal at a all and staying in the cave was a cool experience. wifi connectivity in the room was not great. But could sit in the common dinning area for that. Not yet. Breakfasts were poor. Really the only thing is the breakfast, they could do more with this!!!. Bed was quite stiff for my liking. Took me a while to find it walking from the bus station, but once I did, there was no problems. The caves are well, caves. Zero ventilation, smelled moist and moldy. Totally blew up our allergies! The bed was a rock. Breakfast was really really lackluster.. Overall, I wouldn't discourage someone from staying there, but wouldn't return myself. Dinner is expensive. nothing. When we arrived we were just taken to our room. No extra information was given to us which I didn't like, because as a tourist you expect for them to tell you where to go and suggest things that we could do. Bad service, poor breakfast.
