The staff were very friendly and spoke English which was very helpful as we only speak English. Only 10 minutes walk to town. Fabulous views of the harbour from our small balcony. Great breakfast included with our accommodation. We had a nice bbq dinner here each night also. Meals are all out on the deck with great views of the harbour. Nice, clean swimming pool. The location was great, 15 mins along the waterfront to town. The rooms were a good size, and the staff very helpful, and cannot fault them at all. When my husband asked if there were any more eggs, he was told they were finished, but they came back a few minutes later with some fried eggs for us, which we appreciated.
stayed 2 nights here, excellent location with harbour view, walking distance to city centre, basic facility but great value, basic Turkish breakfast, recommended if you are not asking too much. fish market in city centre is the place must go for dinner.
Good breakfast and bbq dinner. Close to the centre of town - 15 minute
walk. Quiet and overlooks the sea. Dolmus travels on the seaside road
and it costs 1.5 T. Lira. Is affiliated with a gulet company so will
help you get a boat trip planned.
The rooms were very clean and the pool was very nice. The terrace is a relaxing place to eat or read a book. The breakfast is buffet style with a lot of choices. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and speak very good English.
Loved the atmosphere great for cheap stay over staff very accommodating. Would recommend to budget travellers really nice clean friendly place great for younger guests but as a mature traveller we found it delightful.
Standard quality room. Located at the south end of town but there are shuttles going by continuously for cheap. Basic breakfast. Staff were fine. We had a room with a view over the ocean. Pool on site.

My husband and I liked the location as we had departed from a gullet/boat trip which landed at Fethiye. Once we found the office closeby, we were given free transport to the Guesthouse. You are able to walk from the guesthouse into the town of Fethiye. (about 15-20 minutes) The hotel rate which was very reasonable did include a very nice breakfast overlooking the harbor. Although the rooms are pretty basic, they were clean.

I stayed at the Guesthouse as connected with the company I did my cruise with. Front office staff are not really that helpful or overly friendly, the Irish girl that works the bar needs an attitude adjustment... Everything is an effort.
We didn't realise the hotel targets backpackers and found it got a bit noisy for us, but then again we only like quiet. We would definitely return out of season.
The food is served on an open air terrace and in early October 2013 it
was really cold. Take along your long johns.
The 6 beds room was a bit small when we were 6 people in there with all our luggage. The location isn't great, you must walk about 30 minutes to get to the city or take a bus, but that's not really a huge issue either.
No coffee or tea making facilities in room.

Although the minibus stops just in front of the hotel, we find it a little far from downtown. If you want to be close to the beach, better choose to live near Oludeniz.
Seeing that it was low season, the hostel was quite dead. The staff as well were not as helpful and quite honestly a bit disinterested. Additionally, the heater in the room was not very powerful so it got quite cold at night.

A little far from town centre.
We had a difficult time intially communicating with the hotel front desk person who was abrupt. The second person who came on staff, a very friendly young gal, was much more helpful, i.e, assisting us with the internet computer in the lobby, as well as answering our questions.
Carpets (rroms and corridors)could do with replacing!.
The hotel was advertised as having wifi in all areas and this was not
the case. It was only available in the small reception area and no
privacy there. We may not have booked it if we had known this in
advance. I think this should be pointed out in the add for the hotel.
The pool didn't work (but it was out of season). Bathroom is pretty old.
The staff was really good. But the manager?! The guy is looking people just staring people. It was very unpleasant.
