The staff,the hotel itself,the decoration(textiles is my business and even the quality of the fabrics used for the decoration is excellent),the wellness facilities are excellent. The position is perfect and very esthetic especiall - - luxury hotel with a long history and famous guests - rooms and services absolutely deserve 5 stars - staff is excellent- helpful and with good English - breakfast fits 5 stars hotel and you can eat it outside in the balcony with the panoramic view over the city - good location that not only gives you a good view of the city, but is also close to the historical market. (30min walking and 10-15 min driving) - just 5 ,ims to Bursa's biggest park- Kultur park- a must see - great SPA with hot mine

  This smallish hotel (17 rooms) has been totally renovated in the past two years, and is a very nice facility of four floors. (There's no elevator, but the staff will see your bags to your room.) The young owner is most friendly and helpful, and one takes to him immediately. He has good English, and can't do enough t - I have stayed only two days on a business trip at the Burse City Hotel. I have never enjoyed sutch a generous hospitality in a hotel before. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When i was late for a meeting for example, they just toulk there car and drove me there! 15km! And when i had a problem with my creditcard they refused to take my payment (the last cash i had on me!) untill i made sure the problem with my card was fixed.   The hotel is really good. Location perceft especially if you go to Uludag mountain. It's on the way. Hamam is really nice and rooms are comfortable. Had a good relax while staying there overnight. - The best thing is hamam build by Imperor Ustinian (ancient Roman Empire). Still working ))
