The manager/owner was very patient prior to my stay during the booking process. He was flooded with my emails and yet still replied informatively. In person, he is cheerful and hospitable.

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

The fitness room and pool/hot tub was the reason I went. It didn't disappoint. Only small, but for the price cant complain.
I stayed in the dorm. Think I had the best nights sleep there and I have been away for 4 months. So good beds!!

Staff was really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was family-like. A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money
