The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

The staff was really really nice from the moment we stepped into the hotel till we checked out. And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in. Its haven in the midst of the chaotic Patong streets. -

We travelled with a group of 16.Stayed for 5 nights.We arrived late night but were attended swiftly and its a service with smile throughout our stay.bell boys were so helpfull with our luggage checking in and checking out.the pool was clean and nice.our rooms with balcony were facing the pool.room size were nice and clean and so is the bathroom. housekeeping was daily and will be given 2 water bottles daily for free.we can ask the front desk for beach towels for free.tip the bellboys at the lob

Our few days of stay in patong lodge was great..I like the place as it was situated near the beach,the massage parlors and restaurants and convenient for shopping as well. -

Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.
