Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely.
On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was
relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was
good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery.

If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. Second time we go there and we found most of our friends back. A place to relax completely away from hectic things but in a very close distance to a big offer of places to visit and things to do. Staff and owners are super great hosts and we didn't regret for a second coming back to this place. -

We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. Also, just a short ride in taxi or tuk tuk to Kata or Karon shops and lots of restauran

Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco
